Alpaka Apartments is also a professional property management throughout Poland. If you are counting on a high rate of return on investment, we will help you to ensure that your property's profitability is as high as possible. We also guarantee a lower commission than the competition.

We have the following cooperation packages:
1. Full Package - Complete facility management, including cleaning with our chemicals, laundry + delivery and collection, check-in and check-out, customer service 24 hours a day, marketing, promotion of facilities in social media and on websites and platforms dealing with rental.
2. Medium-Full Package - Reservation management and customer service, promotion on websites and platforms dealing with rental.
3. Complete cleaning package, our cleaning agents or the owner of the facility.
4. Laundry package, collection and delivery.

* Packages can be freely combined.

* For the FULL package, we also have an interior designer with extensive experience in the price, who will help with every small stylistic change that affects the attractiveness of the apartment / house for rent. Professional advice is useful to fully use the potential of a given facility.

* Each of the packages is priced individually, depending on the city, the size of the apartment and the amount the investor has.
